QALLVO
Carrying live traffic on FreeSWITCH

The phone system, and the routes underneath it.

QALLVO is a multi-tenant cloud PBX built on FreeSWITCH — and the A-to-Z voice network that carries its calls. One provider from the extension on the desk to the carrier interconnect.

The PBX

Everything a business runs its phones on.

Grouped the way administrators actually work, not the way the database is organised.

Call flows

Route a call by any rule you can state

Chain conditions, destinations and fallbacks visually. Every branch is inspectable before it goes live.

Ring groups

Ring the right people, in the right order

Simultaneous, sequential or rolling patterns, with per-member timeouts and no-answer destinations.

Business hours

Different answers at different times

Time conditions with holiday overrides, so out-of-hours behaviour is configured once and simply works.

Call blocking

Stop nuisance traffic at the edge

Block or divert by caller ID before a call reaches an extension, with allow-lists for known numbers.

Bridges & dialplans

Direct access when a rule isn't enough

Full FreeSWITCH dialplan and bridge control for the cases that need engineering, not configuration.

Speed dial & PINs

Short codes and gated dialling

Shared shortcuts, PIN-protected destinations, and per-account restrictions on where calls may go.

Virtual receptionist

An IVR callers get through quickly

Multi-level menus with recorded or synthesised prompts, direct-dial fallthrough, and timeout handling.

Queues

Waiting handled properly

Strategy, priority, announcements and overflow, with real-time depth and wait time visible to supervisors.

Agents

Live agent state

Available, on-break and wrap-up states, log-in and log-out, and the reporting that follows from them.

Music on hold

Per-tenant hold audio

Upload your own streams or assign different audio by queue, department or time of day.

Announcements

Scheduled and automated calls

Scheduled announcements and wake-up calls, placed automatically against a list you control.

Recording

Recorded, stored, retrievable

Call recording with retention rules, in-browser playback, and download controlled by permission.

Provisioning

Phones that configure themselves

Zero-touch provisioning across the major desk phone vendors, driven by templates you keep central.

Cloud provisioning

Register devices anywhere

Devices pull their configuration over the internet — no VPN, no site visit, no per-handset setup.

Key templates

Consistent buttons across a fleet

Define BLF and function keys once, apply them to a model, and roll changes to every handset at once.

Webphone

A phone in the browser

WebRTC calling with no plugin and no install, backed by TURN so it works from restrictive networks.

Mobile app

The extension in a pocket

Pair by QR code, take calls on the same number, and keep the desk identity when working elsewhere.

Bulk import

Move a whole site in one pass

Import extensions and devices from a spreadsheet, with a validation step before anything is committed.

Numbers

Inventory you can actually see

Every DID on the account, what it routes to, and which tenant holds it — in one searchable list.

Ordering

Buy numbers without leaving the console

Search availability by country and area, order, and have the number routed the moment it activates.

Requests

Delegated ordering with approval

Let tenants request numbers and have your team approve or reject, so spend stays under control.

Messaging

SMS on your existing numbers

Send and receive on DIDs that already carry voice, with threads kept against the number.

SMS to voice

Reach landlines that cannot receive texts

Undeliverable messages are converted to speech and placed as a call to the same number.

Fax

Fax without a fax machine

Inbound faxes arrive as email; outbound goes from the console. The line stays, the hardware doesn't.

Call records

Every call, searchable and exportable

Filter by tenant, extension, direction, disposition or date, then export the exact set you filtered.

Reports

Answer the question without a spreadsheet

Generated reports on volume, answer rates and queue performance, scoped to what the viewer may see.

Live status

What is happening right now

Active calls, conferences, SIP registrations and profile status, refreshed live rather than on reload.

Multi-tenant

Hundreds of organisations, cleanly separated

Each tenant gets its own domain, numbering and administrators, with no visibility across the boundary.

Access control

Permission at the action, not the page

Roles decide which controls appear at all — unavailable actions are hidden or disabled, never silently failing.

Audit

Who changed what, and when

User activity and system logs retained against the account, so configuration drift has a paper trail.

Wholesale voice

Routing from A to Z, on our own interconnects.

We do not resell someone else's route list. Traffic lands on interconnects we hold, which is why we can answer for quality when something degrades.

Termination

A-Z outbound

Rate decks by destination and CLI type, with the quality tier stated per route rather than averaged across the deck.

Origination

DIDs and inbound

Number inventory across supported countries, provisioned to your trunk or straight into a PBX tenant.

Interconnect

SIP trunking

IP-authenticated or registered trunks, codec and capacity agreed up front, with test traffic before commercials.

Platform

Built to be inspected, not just trusted.

The detail your IT team will ask for in the first meeting.

Encrypted end to end of the path

SIP over TLS and media over SRTP, with per-tenant certificate handling and no plaintext signalling fallback.

Isolation that is structural

Tenants are separated at the domain level in FreeSWITCH itself, not filtered in the interface layer above it.

Media that traverses real networks

Dedicated TURN keeps browser and mobile calls connected from behind symmetric NAT and restrictive firewalls.

Observable while it runs

Live registrations, active channels and SIP profile state are visible as operational data, not hidden behind support.

Partners

Sell it as yours.

The platform is multi-tenant to its foundations, so a reseller runs their own customers under their own brand — their logo, their domain, their pricing — on infrastructure they never have to operate.

Bilingual

English and Arabic, mirrored properly.

Press the ع button in the header. The whole page mirrors — layout direction, arrows, hairline origins — because it is built on logical properties rather than left and right. Arabic renders in IBM Plex Sans Arabic, bound by unicode range, so mixed English and Arabic in one sentence each keep the right face.

Get started

Tell us what you are routing.

A short call establishes whether this fits — how many extensions, which destinations, and what you are moving from. No obligation, and no queue to sit in.
